Cheese and Rice!! What the happened? This site changed so much when I first came, I thought I came to the wrong spot and hit the close button

In five weeks it will be the 3rd anniversary of my MVD surgery. Can you believe it? Many of you remember all the post-op problems I had. The good news is I am still doing very well. :o
