    I hope that isn't all your eating. Rice is a great filler.

    I watched the cook make rice at a japenese? place on the grill. he added so many kinds of sauce and also butter plus the vefetables. I doubt if it was low calorie. but it sure was good, lol.

    dont eat white if possible. wild is best. good luck!
