Thumbs up The plans for the swelling on Grant's righ hip.

    G'day everyone.

Last week when Grant was in hospital, we had 3 visits from the ortho people.

The outcome has been that we will not take any more action (a muscle biopsy was a possibility).

If the size of the swelling increases, then of course we will follow up.

    Seeya,

As usual, I'm full of questions.

What does a muscle biopsy entail? Would it require a general anesthetic or a local? Would it be done with a needle, or would it involve slicing open the mass and removing some of the contents?

Has Grant had the ultrasound on his leg yet? Is that still a possibility? I should have checked your other posts for this info, as I've obviously forgotten the answer.

What is the best guess of all of the professionals as to what this mass is?

Okay. I think that's all of my questions. For now.

    Love & Light,

    Rose
