    Default Newbie - Hello .

Hello to my fellow MS sufferers. I have SPMS, do not take any MS drugs, I take pain meds, but to no avail. I am currently suffering from depression, I am not sure where this is coming from but it is here. I feel alone in my suffering. People just do not understand. Some are such dip****s. Thank you (I was on BT approx 10 years ago and my name was Cat_In_The_Hat or CITH.......to anyone that remembers me, Hello)

I remember CITH! Your pic was a cat wearing a fruit peel on its head, wasn't it? Anyhow, HELLO!

I remember your name too--and your avatar, I think. Sorry that other details aren't coming to mind.

    Anyway,

Depression seems to go with the MS territory. One way to look at it might be to remind ourselves that MS is depressing, and of course we're going to be sad about having it.

But coping with depression is hard. I hope it's not getting in your way too much. To keep on going, doing the things you need to do, in spite of being depressed is always a challenge.

Welcome back, Cat in the Hat! I remember you, too! Things were fast and furious back then.

Depression often takes a balance of one or more anti-depressants. You should give yourself the gift of working w someone that can help w this.

Best to you. See you around the board,
