    Default D3 Revisited

Did a search for my old D3 post but could not find it (actually I think my D3 overdoe and detox was in a post about something else) but had some lab work done and noranemic anymore and my D3 level is now to low (33) normal is 50-70 so think I will either start taking 2000 or 5000 a day anyone know of a excellent brand?

The brand of D3 I've been buying lately is Nature Made.

I use Twin Labs. However, I have no idea why other than the fact that someone on here said they liked that brand many years ago.

Mine is prescription (50,000 iu x 2 per week). My level was extremely low (8) and I have trouble absorbing it. I was on daily, then 3 x per week, now 2 x per week to maintain my 40.

Kittianne, are you doing any better with your vitamin D level now that you're on this dose? Hope so!

Sorry but I don't remember it. Why don't you send Ted Hutchinson a PM and ask him? He's registered here but hasn't posted since the new board went up.
