There are no buttons to push to start the game (that my MSeyes can see!). The game is just...there. No Start, no Bet, no Choose Lines, nuttin'!

You play that game with the keyboard.

After you click on start game and choose your difficulty;

Press space to put a picture in the top middle slot
Press x to place that picture in the left side of the first slot (after you fill the left side, the next time you press x fills the middle, and the third fills the right side)
Press c to place that picture in the left side of the middle slot (after you fill the left side, the next time you press c fills the middle, and the third fills the right side)
Press v to place that picture in the left side of the right slot (after you fill the left side, the next time you press v fills the middle, and the third fills the right side)

After you place the first picture, you get one free "picture change" by pressing the space bar. After you place that picture you can change the following pictures by using the B key as long as you have "stakes"

Press s to change the payout and minimum bets (level 1 through 10)

Not sure how it pays out though, I haven't been able to win yet :(

Thanks, Mike! I figured out the picture placement, that's a start. And I finally saw the instructions. But I can't figure out how to collect the points and leave the game. I got over 200 points but the credits don't reflect that. The instructions say the Space bar collects points, which it sort of does, any idea how I keep my few credits when leaving the Arcade?

I bet (HAH! get it?!) this is a vbulletin addon, isn't it?

Yes the arcade system is an add on, and the scoring isn't playing nicely for some reason. I'm not sure how to keep the credits but I'll try to find out :)
