    Default Web Based Support

I have been using spark people to track my food and trying to use the support groups there. The problem is on the days the neurontin hits me like a brick which is several days a week, I just can't stand it.
The meds make me so slow that the website just makes me so nervous it is not filling the purpose I need.
I keep thinking I will find a smaller group there but no such luck.
Does anyone have any ideas for other sites. Thanks for any suggestions.

Are you saying that the med makes using the support group too complicated because it is so big so you are looking for a smaller group? Kind of like if ya didn't come here for 3 months then try to catch up with everyone?

Yep. It is a good resource it is just the actual way the messege board is set up that is beyond how ditzy I can be sometimes now.

I got ya. Even here it seems like I discover something new once a week lol.

I don't know if you are familiar with LIVESTRONG but they have great tools. I think FitDay is another. The trick is not to pick off of the first page of Google search. The ones that come up first of course are probably huge.

I am sure you will be able to find something. Too bad we didn't have something like those tools here in this forum. I think there are enough people here that are health/food conscious that we may be able to get a nice little group going.

That Neurontin will surely do it to ya. Glad I don't have to use it hardly ever.

I found this one that seems like it is set up for ease of use. There is not so much going on that I won't be able to navigate the site on bad days. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/welcome/learn_more
