Earlier I wrote "Gezzz". Now I think I was wrong to do so. Sorry. I don't want to have a thread that hurts or upsets some ppl.

Moderators, Can you just erase it?

    Question

I think the correct spelling is GEEZE. I saw that thread and think I posted in it. I don't recall anything that should upset anyone. What did you say?

I just now put that word in a post. I hope it wasn't something that I said to anything. I too would not want to hurt any persons feelings. I haven't been feeling to good and I try and limit what I do say and that has sort of become my "spit it out" word.

I was still thinking on it and decided to look it up

Used to express mild surprise, delight, dissatisfaction, or annoyance is the definition I found for its' meaning.

About what I thought it meant when I say it. To me it has a BROAD meaning if it can be delight or dissatisfaction. Huh kinda like wasting your breath but not saying anything.

And that is a whole lot better than what I may be thinking sometimes ar that.

I was talking about that shooting, I guess some ppl. think one thing & some think another. I don't wanna start some sorta arguement. Like 'he did this & the other guy did that'.

joy, That discription is good. I might say 'Geez, I can't believe someone with your education could do that'. Or 'Geeze, people sure are making a big thing of this young boy in Ca. shot. :It's on TV again!". Or in a good way-- Geeze! she is so beautiful

I am of the older generation. For instance, you will never hear me say prolly for probably. It is just in my head, all that correct spelling if I can get it right etc, LOL. Doesn't make it wrong but there it is. I use to work in a college library so had to use good language for the most part. I did get to slip into the Reference department and read the slanf dictionary all I wanted to but like I said, it didn't do me much good. Those professionals would call my hand on spelling.

They showed their limited ignorance in some instances with their spelling abilities. Would NOT take the time to even look it up. Just accuse me. Oh well, the did have some knowledge but not total all around, unlike myself LOL Now i was a whizz kid. tee hee not.

Lor can I chabge the subject for a minute? Are you getting to go to therapy still? I hope so as I think that would be the best thing for you all around. make you limber hopefully and all that. I always hated getting stiff muscles and such after falls, accidents. Plus I have seen my dear daughter have seizures and her muscles would pull so tight. No wonder you hurt for a long time afterwards hon.
