    Question Clonazepam

I have been taking now for a few months and it seems my migranes and visual incidents have all but stopped. Isn't that wierd? I take it to help me sleep, just a half at a time. I was getting migranes and the preceding lightshow weekly. Hmmm???

I've been taking it for 20 years for sleep. I used to take it w/ Sinequan as the "sleep cocktail" recommended for CFS patients. When I finally got to an actual sleep doc & found out I had RLS, she changed my bedtime meds & changed my life for the better. Now I get a decent night's sleep for the first time in my life w/ actual deep sleep periods like normal people, & my CFS/ME baseline has improved by a giant step. Bravo for sleep docs!

Barque that's awesome. Do you know what the cause of your migraines is? It may very well have been something to do with your sleep patterns. I use to start waking about 4 a.m. with a mild migraine and if I fell back to sleep I would wake a bit later with a real rager.

I took it to help me shut my brain up long enough to sleep and it worked wonderfully for years.
