My screen just reduced sizer 5000 times. I can't even read what I'm writng. Plese excuse any mistakes. I was reading in a forum ans this happened . I thoght "oh well". i'll write here, since I'm not doing anything anyway.. I don't know what to do. I know nothing about this comuter

Can I simply say whats going on/ I have nothing to do right now so thought I'd (opp) I stopped writing and now forget what I just wrote. It's too small to read

Wow' John just cleaned the tub & stuff. Now he has a taste of what that 'simple' thing includes . But I'm very happy with him.. Does your hubby do that/ He knows I can't bend & stretch yet.

But this morning I was almost crying. John snaps at me cause I did something wrong.. Gosh, I'm not real coordinated yet. For exampleI I might I might tirn "it" left and he yetts NO .THE OTHER WAY" Soon as I do it wrong I reatixe it. He doesn't have to yell. When I was in rehab I might pick up my knife instad of my fork so ne wwould grab my fork and correct me. Heck' I'm there to learn'not be babied.

I hope this is noy to bad to read. It's hard to write...................................my sun just interupyed me & I forgot what I was saying. Oh yeah....It's hard to writ when you can't read what you just wrote ......Oh well. Sorry..............................T just wanted to write

Lower right corner of your screen has a number with a % sign after it, just click on it to get the size you need.

ask for help with your computer. and be patient Lor. it will take time for you to get back to your old self. being yelled at sure won't help-so try to get John to understand that. (((hugs))) Pati

Thankyou Barque, But ya know, my comp. doesn't have that. Some other thing on mine must have it. I'll just try the different things.

Buttons, I imagine John is super frustrated (his dad is in hosp. now) but I don't think he is correct either. He's not taking the time to give me time --sometimes.

Hi Lor -- I'm the most helpless computer user there is but I know mine has a tiny screw shaped icon in the top right of the screen. If I click on that a list of things appears. If I click on "Zoom" I get to chose what size I want things to be. I always keep my screen set on 110% ... a bit larger than things usually are.
Good luck on gettint it fixed.

I'm not married and don't want to be for just about what you are explaining. I watched a woman who was actually on the verge of death, yes, she did die, being yelled at by her husband IN the ambulance on the way to the hospital. He was yelling at her because he wanted his pannakku, pancakes. He was yeling at her in Swedish and English.

She had a ruptured anyerism and was vomiting all over him too. Just a horrendous scene which I wil never forget.

In these older years now with all my illness and injury I'd rather take my chances living alone with a phone close at hand. 911 is an easy dial.

She died within hours of arriving at hospital. My mother was there too and never spoke to John again, he was the husband.

OR click on "Tools" or "Page" could be either, go down to "Text Size", click on it. Hope this works for you.

O wow. That weird little icon in the top right is a Screw??? Looks more like a stylized daisy to me... But when I hover over it, it does volunteer TOOLS! And when I right click, it does offer me ZOOM and % of enlargement. Who knew?

    Barque --
My husband was too busy at work to drive me into the city for an MRI so my sister took me. One the way home we got caught in a major traffic mess and it was 'way past 5 when I got home. Husband was wild with rage because his dinner had to be on the stroke of 5 and I wasn't there to prepare it.
An hour or so later my neuro called - he said he had been trying to get me all afternoon because the MRI outfit had called to tell him that I had a brain tumor. I would soon be having surgery to remove it. I went to tell my husband and he yelled, "Well, s*^ of a b#@*+. Here it is time for summer relaxation and you tell me I have to drive you into the city.
On the drive to the hospital for my first surgery my he didn't stop yelling, screaming, shouting for one minute about how rotten this was for him. He couldn't have his correct breakfast at the correct time and would have to sit waiting for neurosurgeon all day. Then who was going to fix his dinner? And on and on and on.
It did take me over 2 years to walk away. Whew.
Hey, Lor .... ignore me. I talk too much.
