Pool heat pump is fixed, hope to swim tomorrow. 1100 steps yesterday.
Having to skip IVIG due to COVID vaccine to have 10-14 days between vaccine and IVIG, will see if skipping makes me more spastic.

I swam 25 minutes today in the pool. My cardiovascular system did not go backwards despite being out of the pool for about 3 weeks. I walked 1.000 steps yesterday after 4:20pm.

The nausea from the first Moderna shot has gone away.

    1100 steps yesterday
Today I swam but cut it short after 20 minutes as I felt like a spasm was coming on. In all, it is about 90 steps to and from teh pool, into the shower, coming out of the shower, walking the wet clothes into the other bathroom with the dehumidifier on.

Then I cooked supper for 3 days. I had help cleaning it up, a Godsend.

    Good work, Sunshine!

The power must have gone out in the night here and I didn't notice. Things needed resetting this morning. The snow is still very much here but it might start melting today. I hope so. I need to take out the trash (to the dumpster) but can't get there just now.

I've walked so little in recent days that my left leg was giving out all day yesterday. It would suddenly just buckle on me, with pain. One of those aging/arthritis things, maybe, and I'm just glad it wasn't a full-blown sciatica go-round.

I'm going to walk more today even if I just walk around and around this apartment.

Agate, as though you donít have enough going on in your life, you then get a bum leg. I hope this completely clears up today. Like Sunshine your desire to keep going is just amazing.

I think Sunshine is doing what all of us probably should do if we're not already doing this--figuring out what times of day and what days she can get away with more activity and working that activity into those times. She said something about it a while back though I don't recall the exact post.

    Step counts:

    February 6 - 1700 steps
    February 7 - 1449 "
    February 8 - 770 "
    February 9 - 2150 "
    February 10 - 1916 "
    February 11 - 2724 "
    February 12 - 960 "
    February 13 - 1042 "

    Excellent step count Agate!

I took the trash out today and the deck was standing in water. I took it out when it was only drizzling.

I also vacuumed all of the down stairs. There is much cleaning that I need to do, but that is all for today.
