I'm sure it was meant for me too. Today has been such a day, after a bad night with pain. I seem to have arthritis in the cervical spine or maybe it's the right shoulder or both. About a week ago it was the left side of my neck, and now it's the right, with the shoulder thrown in. Hard to pick anything up off the floor but I do have a reacher. Pillows and aspirin are helping. But no major projects or any projects today, thanks.

OUCH! Interesting how pain sort of travels. I once described such a situation to my doctor as the pain was roaming around inside me while it looked for a way out.

Thank you for the second link, as I couldn't access the first one either. I can relate, however, I never feel like I can conquer the world. When I finally get in the shower, I wonder why it took so long, because it feels good to be clean.

I'm so sorry that you are in pain. Have you been doing anything strenuous or overusing your hands/arms/neck?

Is there any possible correlation of these symptoms or an RA flare to Copaxone? That is a recent change in your medication regimen.
