Or you could try sewing it by hand. That nurse mask looks really nice--and effective, and is probably best done with a machine though.

It's amazing how much time and energy we're having to put into fighting the coronavirus, isn't it? I'm having to rethink how the towels are arranged around here, and the soap, because they're getting more use, and I'd like to have them where I can reach them more easily.

I've already managed to break one soap dispenser in my zeal about fighting the coronavirus.

I went online, and bought masks and rubber gloves, but that's as far as I can go. I don't go anywhere but to the grocery store. This is going to be around for a long time more.

Howie -- where did you find any masks for sale? Masks that are a reasonable price and AVAILABLE? A couple weeks ago I looked and looked and finally ordered some through Amazon but they will not be delivered until the end of MAY.

Jingle, I went online and ordered them from Walmart. They had plenty to choose from.

Etsy has many choices in the $6-8 range with free shipping.

hmmmmm -- must be my usual bad timing. Walmart was the first place I looked. They had plenty but all said "not available". I'll try again. Thanks

I also checked Walmart on line this morning. Their assortment of masks were all out of stock. There are masks on Amazon, but the majority of them aren't delivered until June. I am skeptical of some of the Amazon mask sellers. Like many medical supplies, the majority of face masks are made in China.

Howie, when did you order your Walmart masks? You were fortunate to find them.

Rose, it was from Walmart.com. I just checked, and they all say "out of stock" now. EVERYONE must be buying masks now.

I think at least two - one to wear and one to wash.
