That song was before Sam was even born. But I remember it because I listened to a radio station that played it 100 times a day. And unfortunately, it's in my poor brain even after all these years. GET IT OUT OF MY HEAD!!!

Sometime when you too are looking for a soup recipe, try this. It's my very favorite soup.
Brenda's TORTELLINI SOUP
1 roll sausage (I use TWO rolls Jimmy Dean)
1 bag frozen tortellini
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 onion
2 large cans diced tomatoes
4 cans Campbells chicken broth (use Campbell's only)
2 or 3 zucchini sliced
1/2 tsp parsley flakes
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic (I use dried)
1/2 tsp basil
Brown sausage, then add everything
except tortellini & zucchini. Bring to
a boil. Add tortellini & zuccini --
cook 20 min.

Jingle, would you copy your Tortellini soup to the Lazy Cooking thread? It sound yummy.
I must have been very tired yesterday. In the evening, Peter and I went to a pet store for a month of cat food. I walked past the dog beds and wistfully thought how comfy they looked. :-o
Today I did my walk and that’s all.

Sorry, I forgot to post my errands for the day. I first took my car through the car wash and got it a much needed bath, then I went to Walgreens to pick up Rx. Had to stand in line because there were 7 people ahead of me. Then I walked next door to Lowe’s Food and grocery shopped. From there I went to Whole Foods and bought a couple of items including the baked chicken I had tonight. I made two trips in from car.Virginia
