Our humidifier is branded CVS and we bought it there with a “40% off 1 item” coupon. We are on our second one. It takes at least 3 quarts - it may take a gallon. We start in the evening in our bedroom about 15 minutes before we go to bed. It runs all night and I turn it off and empty it before I come down. It puts most of the water into the air each night. It has an automatic turn off if it runs dry. Without it, the humidity in our house is 19% in our Northern, forced hot air heated house in winter.

Peter (off course Peter) cleans it with vinegar on some nights and with bleach on other nights. We are very happy with it.

Ann, are you still being spoiled by Peter? Let's see, he changes the linens, takes care of the humidifier, cooks, irons, goes to work, goes grocery shopping - ummh what have I left out?

Has a life besides taking care of Ann? Oh sorry, that just slipped out!

He just finished the ironing, Virginia! He also shoveled the snow. To be fair, we both cook and do laundry and I am the better planner and organizer of most things but he is awesome.

Planning and organizing is a key function. Howie and Virginia aren't to be taken seriously. I'm sure you also supply everyone in the household with chocolate too, ANN, and that is vital.

Ann, he is the one who usually takes the cats to the Vet. Canít remember what I have left out.

Now letís see what is it that Ann does? Oh yes I remember she plans and tells Peter how to organize things. Also she goes for walks, goes to museums, goes out to eat lunch, gets her hair done, and plants rabbit food for Peter.😁

Um, she trudges through airports rather often in efforts to help her mother who lives quite a distance away.

Traveling seems to sap energy very fast. She should get a lot of extra points for all of that travel.

I take the cats to the vet. Cassie goes this week. I clean out the fridge and keep the kitchen shipshape. Have I mentioned never ending laundry?

We are way astray from Linda’s cough. I hope she is improving.
