    Default Exercise pedallers

A while back we discussed these but Rose has raised the question again, and maybe there have been some improvements in the design since the earlier discussion. I probably need more leg exercise to reduce the swelling and redness in my lower legs but gave up on an exercise pedaller. I find now that this one is "Amazon's Choice." I'm not sure if Amazon's Choice means that it's a good product that's been thoroughly tested by users or whether it's just a product that Amazon particularly wants to sell, but it's a lot like the one I had some years ago:

This is the one I had but it's currently unavailable (on Amazon). I remember that my shoes didn't fit very easily into the stirrups but they're diabetic shoes and a bit more substantial than many people might wear.

This looks like the one I bought for my arms when I wasn’t able to even swim, in order to elevate heart rate. Its awkward for arms, but better than nothing...

Yes, I tried it on arms and found it awkward. Do you recall how long you used it for arms? I didn't stick with it very long at all.

I stopped as soon as I was able to start to swim again.
