Yes, that's it exactly, ANN and Sunshine. Every day there's a to-do list, and I try to figure out just how much of it I can get away with trying to do--and when during the day I would be best able to do it.

Yes, it def rings a bell with me ANN...the whole day is like that: Certain times of day, gotta get the stuff done before the symptoms crash in.
My whole life has been like this since 21. Especially my work life.

Swam 1/2 mile, cooked a homemade creamy lentil soup, will rest now. Decided against surfing tomorrow: too much other stuff going on this week, want to get a little stronger....

    Thumbs up

I just got in from a bank/store run. I really had to talk myself into it. Sam has her turkey, so that wasn't it, but I was out of my French Vanilla creamer, and milk, and those are "must have" items.

It's very gloomy out, and they are calling for rain all weekend. Well, bring it on!

    Everyone have a great day.

I went to a couple of support group meetings when I lived in WA state. There were guest speakers, and they were informative meetings.

I'm still hoping to get to this group, maybe next month.
I have been part of a group for almost 30 years. I donít get to the meetings very often but we all communicate by email.
It was the best thing in the world.

What a group we are.....new research is explored and shared and shared and shared. There is not a lot of personal talk but when there is a need we all listen quietly. A warm and supportive environment with people who understand is worth its weight in gold.

I woke up this morning and just felt so heavy I could not get up. I went back to bed. I looked at clock around 9:30 to 10AM, knowing I wanted to do grocery shopping today, but I simply was unable to get out of bed until 11AM. I washed and did hair, got dressed, had some lunch, and then got a phone call. It was 4:15 before I left the house. I thought this would be a relatively short trip, but my walking is so slow I should have known better. I went to Whole Foods where I spent an hour and then to Lowe's Foods where I stayed the rest of the time. I then had to make 3 trips into the house from my parking space and down my walk and then I put groceries away and it was about 7:30 before I got to sit down to eat my salad that I fixed at Whole Foods. I was so tired.

I met up with some cute little girl scouts selling girl scout cookies in front of Lowe's Foods. They were doing a real sales job. I bought two boxes. They were all trying to tell me their favorites and what was new and what everyone liked. They were really young, looked to be about 7 to 8 and there were 5 or 6 of them. There were two Moms out there with them. These little girls were talking so fast and over each other so much that it was hard to make up my mind. They should all grow up to be sells people. I never realized how loud little girls are.

Maybe you were a quiet little girl, Virginia? Yes, I've known some loud little girls--quite loud.

My daughter, who wasn't usually loud, sold Girl Scout cookies. They were quite good at the time, and I went to the Website just recently and found that some of them look like the same kinds they were selling 40 years ago. Good to know that some things stay the same!

Virginia, what do you think is happening? Or is it random MS fatigue stuff?

I swam 1/2 mile today, got help cleaning up my side dish for dinner. Lying down for a couple of hours.

Sunshine, I am concerned that I have just been in a period of decline for awhile now. Like you I find it scary. There are things that I need to hire people to do in my house and I donít even feel like having anyone in. I plan things, but donít follow through on them.
