    I hope you improve, Virginia.

I only slept for three hours Friday night so I had no energy to go out w Peter and his mother on Saturday. On Sunday we went to two big box stores to do errands and I made a point to go up and down aisles for some exercise.

Today, I went up to CVS and walked home. I did two loads of laundry and emptied the dish washer. Tonight we drove to our tiny Target for a few items. I count the time in the store walking.

Agate and Sunshine, you are very consistent. Linda, I love hearing about your farm, greenhouse and Farmer Market encounters.

Sunshine, I am concerned that I have just been in a period of decline for awhile now. Like you I find it scary. There are things that I need to hire people to do in my house and I donít even feel like having anyone in. I plan things, but donít follow through on them.
Have you seen your internist? It might be something underlying that has little to do with MS, but is worsening your MS symptoms. I hope you do go in and talk.

Had chills and shaking most all day. Maybe over doing it Sunday when I went to the two grocery stores caused me to catch something. Some dry coughing and hurt in back of my neck. Could not find thermometer, but finally took an extra strength Tylenol. A little better.

I bought green beans, potatoes, garlic and everything to make Annís basque soup Sunday, but its not going to get done. Maybe another time.

Virginia, sorry to hear you aren’t well. Could you have another UTI?

No Ann, I definitely think I caught something Sunday evening when I was out. It was windy and quiet cool. It feels like some kind of virus. I have stayed up wrapped in a heavy throw until I felt I could get another Tylenol in. Going to bed now.

Take care, Virginia. There are so many bugs going around at this time of year. Maybe this will be one of those that don't last long.

I swam 1/2 mile today, then cooked a yummy dish. My friend helped toward the end when the leg got wonky. Resting for a while. If it resolves, will do some low energy laundry. The house is set up for laundry by the handicapped. Really, very easy to do.
