I see you, Virginia. I hope you are feeling better.

It’s raining and I am doing laundry.

I saw the movie, “Judy”, yesterday. It was an experience just watching it. Thought it was one of the best movies I have ever witnessed. Slowly and steadily reveals the writer’s perspective of a famous character. The acting is superb.
And then my friends and I went to a good restaurant which was elegant.
First time I have been out like that in years.

I have been in serious pain except yesterday on ativan.

The spasticity creates painful sensations on legs.

Had a cath yesterday as my urine culture showed contamination , unable to read it. So, its 8 days now since symptoms first appeared. Now have to wait 72 hours for yesterday afternoon culture, which means, no results until Monday.

Pelvic pain, leg pain...this is not fun...

Sunshine, my heart aches for you. You have had to go thru so much. This is one time that life definitely is not fair. Can you take another antivan today? The heck with becoming addicted. You should have to endure just so much.

Any chance that the lab is open on Saturdays? Could you try playing both your MS and SPS cards and reminding the lab and/or the doctor that the longer an infection goes untreated, the harder it is to get rid of--and you're having to wait longer than you should just on account of the weekend?

It is quest diagnostics. The sample gets sent off from docs office and doc cannot get the results for 48 to 72 hours. Since they close noon on Fridays, thatís it. I will try calling, but I doubt they would have anyone at the office to check the quest portal. So the result should be in teh portal, but the offic will be empty and thus its unread.

Also I have a history of these pain issues, and only 1/3 of the time is it a UTI.

That being said, I can call tomorrow morning, secretary will say not possibl, Iwill remind her of the SPS and my immune deficiency, so that if its abnormal, want to jump on the treatment. ...and dos the offic have a way to read the results before Monday?
