Default Keep on Moving: October 2019

MS creates some real challenges to keep on moving. It helps to inspire each other on how to find ways to move.

Did you stretch in your bed, swing your arms, roll side to side today? Or perhaps you did housework? Or exercised in a pool? Tracked your count of steps? Chased your cat around the home? Pushed the wheelchair wheels with your arms at the store? Post them here and we can support and egg each other on.

REMEMBER: this is a keep on moving thread, not keep on exercising! Any moving is important— it doesnt have to be “exercise”! Even Science proves that...

That is still very, very good and with all you are going through it is a feat just to get in the pool.

This morning I went to the sunflower field. I cut 300 sunflowers and made bouquets of 5 sunflowers. It took me about 4 hours.

It seemed important to do this today for saturday’s market as rain will be heavy tonight into tomorrow when it will also be blustery...I am so stiff now! But just made myself a hot drink and will sit watching mindless television. Yes!

My best moment of the day is when I am submerging under water, weightless.

Linda, I love sunflowers and need a bouquet of them. Guess I will have to look in the local stores next time I go.
