Sunshine, it’s a great time to think permaculture and food forest. Planting things that are edible: nut and fruit trees, berry patches and bushes, veggie gardens. Chickens for eggs if possible.

    Today I did hospital walking.

    Good Job Ann.
The problem will be that if you plant food for self, there will be gangs of hungry people at your home. So, either be ready to lose all your stores of food, or arm yourself (which it seems most Americans are armed as it is) to protect your food stores, if it comes to that: which, many scientists and sociologists think it will come to that in this century.

Today I swam 22 minutes 800 yards, right after watching the space launch around 6:30am from my back yard. So much of Florida can see these launches. I bet Jeanie can in WPB: they arc to the south as they climb. Night launches are easy to spot, the bright large flame on the starry night sky, and the contrail that is iridescent if itís just before dawn.

I understand what you are saying.

I choose to share and trade. I choose to not be armed.

Funny Sunshine you can't stay in bed and this disease is so hard on me in the mornings that I can't get up. We are all different for sure.

Forgot to add that I went to get nails done today. I got out at 4:15 and went straight to Lowe's Foods, so I would have been in the store shopping by or before 4:30. I came out at 5:45, then had to come home and make all those trips in carrying the food in and putting it away. Took out two loads of trash. Ate part of a fresh Greek pizza from the deli there. It was awful. It looked so good, but I will not get that again.

I had made a list on my phone for the store and it was short and then I got in there and bought so much more than I had planned to buy. Howie, so much for my grocery list. It doesn't seem to help me much.

Since I was in there for an hour and 15 minutes I guess you could say I got a little walking in today.

You def got in some walking today Virginia.
Today I took an ativan for pain and spasm relief after a tough several days of spasticity. Itís nice to be able to walk, despite, the drugged up feelingó a nap cancure that.

My board is being repaired, and I wold use my other, but DH is working today, wouldíve been very hard to wrangle rides and supervision. next time...
I did swim 800 yards in 24 minutes, did a grocery shop, came home and put the stuff away and thendosed the ativan. I am cooking walnut encrusted fresh fish today with a spinach salad with avocados, red bell pepper, capers, feta cheese, ground up walnuts, purple onion, and black beans. With an easy homemade Italian dressing/

The fish is a snap to make if you want something easy and nutritious.

    Let me know.

But first for a lying down nap...
