yesterday and today I swam 800 yards in 22 minutes. Felt good...
Before the Ativan, on the really bad stiff legs.

Today I took Ativan at 10 am. DH took me to look at the ocean for 15 minutes. Its not my surfing ocean, but I loved watching the water, breathing in the salt air, watching kids play in the weak, choppy windswell. I couldn’t have done it with Ativan.

Prior to the Ativan today, I could barely walk, and I couldn’t think straight due to severe discomfort. Love Ativan.

Do hire it out agate. My uncle, a tall strapping guy, fell off a ladder at age 65, flat on his back. No one was home. It was hours of laying there until he was able to rise up. He was lucky. Could’ve been terrible.

I bought one of those ladders that folds into MANY configurations. It takes a little muscle to move it because, even being made of fiberglass, it's pretty heavy. It is far safer than a step ladder. I used it to do the painting indoors.

Sunshine, I've been trying to, but can't do it. Do you have a Lowes in your area? Here is the description on the ladder.

That's it Agate! Thanks. One day I hope to be as good as you on a computer.

I'm adept only at some things.

My iPad is still making weird noises at me even when I have it turned off. I've tried and tried to get rid of these notifications that someone wants a video chat. I don't want a video chat with anyone and certainly don't want to be pinged every time I get this request. Luckily it's only happened twice now but that is bad enough. I found out just now that there's no way to turn off that notification on a mobile device.

It doesn't just ping. It goes into another sound routine after pinging, sort of like a phone ringing.

I still have a lot to learn.

iPad is a different world. I have this laptop, and a cell phone that sits on the nightstand beside me, and I never carry it anywhere. I'm not with the latest gizmo crowd, and somehow get along just fine.

Yes, the world did get along fairly well for quite a while before all of this new stuff came along, didn't it?

That's a ladder for every possible purpose! It looks as if the rungs are narrow and not flat?
