Thank you Agate. I am sure in this case it is fine. As Jeanie and I discussed last night Peg and Joe were a team, so I don't have any doubts about him knowing about us.

Peg traveled to a Leafwatchers get-together at least once. He surely would have known.

I'm sad to hear about Peg.

I now have two addresses for Peg's family--one from online and one from Jeanie, who called this morning. She had spoken to Joe ("Farmer Joe") on the phone. The online address is almost the same but not quite. So anyone who wants an address, please send me a PM, and I'll send you both addresses, and you can take your pick.

Street names can be changed sometimes, and that may be what happened here a while back, and the post office is probably accepting both of them. I've known this to happen with people I write to.

Jeanie reports that Joe says they're holding up well and have excellent support--and that is certainly good news. Good to know that the people Peg was there for so often are there for her now.

Instead of flowers, people are asked to donate to the MS Foundation.

I heard from renee after I sent her a PM via Facebook. She's very sad about Peg of course. Maybe she will be able to drop by and tell us what she's been doing lately.

I also sent a PM via Facebook to Catdancer though I don't know if she gets those. It looks to me as if she hasn't been using Facebook in a few months. She did log in here on this board only a week ago.

I'll be sending a PM via Facebook to Parsi as well. Even though she hasn't been here in quite a while, she's been a member here from way back.

Agate, Whisper is missing in action.

There was a lady that I don't remember the name she posted under, but her name was Gabriella. She lived in Ga., but became sick and was going to live in S.C. with her son when she got out of a hospital (maybe M.D. Anderson or Mayo). I don't remember where she was going. Her husband had just died of ALS. I think she must have passed away.

There was a Lissa who lived in Maryland who was on Rebif and helped me with so much encouragement when I went on it. She had been able to get it through the trials that were being held here in the U.S. She passed away.

There was another lady that I can't remember her name, but remember her well. She always was so nice and she got cirrhosis of the liver. She had never had a drink of alcohol in her life. Her son was a minister and lived somewhere around Charlotte, NC or up toward the mountains in NC. She was living in NC, but left and went to another state where her daughter lived to be with her. She did pass away. They mentioned that the cirrhosis of the liver may have been from MS medicines that trials were being done on and she took part.

Do you remember any of these ladies?

I recall a Gabriella, yes, but not the others. Gabriella7, if that's the person you're thinking of, was here in December 2014 but not since then. There was a Lisa in Maryland quite a while ago but I don't remember anything about her.

Whisper (Lorraine) has been checking in every year or so for some years now. She was last logged in in April 2018.

Lisa passed away and so did the lady who had cirrhosis of the liver, but I can't remember who she was.

Sure glad you heard from Renee.
