Today I swam 720 yards in 22 minutes, drove to chiro, then did my grocery shopping, had to walk about 100 steps from car to store and that went fine. Had help at home unloading. Will rest now for a while before making a meal

Those are incredible Agate!! You really set your mind on it and made it happen...

Today I swam 1/4 mile in 13 minutes. I got out because I woke up 1 1/2 hours later than usual and DH was going to work soon.

I attribute the longer sleep to less pain— It seems odd that in 12 hours the Levaquan has already eliminated pelvic pain. That’s fast work....Walking more today too: but still way not what it was last month...hoping....

Good for you to get some sleep Sunshine. You get up so early in the morning which I know you like to do, but I am glad you slept a little later today.

Agate, you are incredible with those steps. I have never seen anyone persevere more than you. You definitely are going for the gold.

Today I went to get my nails done. After that I went to a neighborhood restaurant and got enough food for tonight and tomorrow night. I put that in my carry all cooler. Such a handy thing to have. Then I went shopping at Lowe's Foods. I walked all over the store and then I got up to the register and had to go back because I forgot yogurt. They didn't have any I wanted, so knowing I had 4 little containers here I came home and will go in the next few days to another store to get some that I like. Made two trips from the parking lot into the house to unload groceries.

Thats a lot of moving Virginia :)

Today I swam 22 minutes 746 yards: a feat, since my legs have not been behaving well. At all...
