    Agate, I have tried a lot of different sleep patterns, but nothing really works well for me. I stay up too late I know and I get up too late in the morning. I do not nap in the daytime because I am afraid it will make it harder to go to sleep at night. However, I do the next thing to it - I rest quite a lot, mainly because MS demands it if I am trying to do anything. I have wondered if my body is just programed to late night bedtime and late morning get up. But, then I think of all the work years. I don't know, but as Howie has said I don't have to go to work anymore. If I did I would be in bad trouble.

    :) I too drink diet cola. However I drink Publix caffeine free diet cola which has no aspartame. That is the bad ingredient. Jeanie :)
