Default Question about including link for MS ID cards in the Useful Websites thread

As discussed in another thread, the Rocky Mountain MS Center offers MS ID cards that need to be doctor-approved. The information on the card includes a list of some common MS symptoms. I've been maintaining a list of "useful Websites" as a sticky here for a while and would like to include a link to this resource. However, it does involve a cost of $10 per application. I think this is a reasonable charge but some might find it excessive.

I'd like others' opinions about whether to include this link in the Useful Websites sticky thread.
