I've heard from renee and she says "Hi to all there and may their lives be pretty darn good."
She's been coping with the snow lately. Hope she'll find time to visit BrainTalk soon.

Hi Renee!!!!

Hi Renee, thanks for checking in - we miss you!
Virginia
Thank you.
I've been dealing with snow, bad landlord and, in early january, bladderstone removal w/ minor post op excitement.
Be well all.
Oh, yeah, don't be like me- drink more water!!!
"Minor post-op excitement"--interesting way of putting what was probably quite an ordeal. I hope you'll be free of stone pain from now on. I hope nobody refers to it as "discomfort" because it's my idea of major pain, and I do try to drink lots of liquids just because I would hate to go through that pain again.
When people are MIA around here, it's all too often because their lives are too filled with problems for them to have any time or energy left for message boards. It's really nice when some like you check in and let us know what's going on.
May your snow melt soon.

That water drinking advice is the best reminder you could give. When I start having leg cramps at night I drink water and the cramps will end in fairly short order. Water can eliminate constipation concerns.yes, fewer pills needed all because I drink 4 bottles a day....This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
