I am very happy you are able to swim again, Sunshine. Congratulations.

Yesterday I went to MIL’s and Trader Joe’s. That included stairs and walking and in and out of the car.

Today we went local just to get out. We like resale shops so we explored Goodwill and Boomerangs (upscale resale run by AIDS Action). I bought a silk, fully lined Boden dress in an awesome pattern. It’s a size 8 and it fits!

Then we went to our little Whole Foods for things we forgot yesterday (a lemon, freeze dried strawberries). All together it was plenty of walking plus both days I did a load of washing.

I went back to grocery store today and got 3 items that I did not get on Friday.

I then went to Walgreens and bought a number of things in there. I spent about 30 minutes there. I looked at nail polish and saw some glitter that was very pretty and smart looking, not too much glitter just a little. When I get in my 90s I am going to wear it, right now I stayed with the same old polish.

Then went out to dinner and came home. At least I got in some walking. Have not done my sits-to-stands.

    Cool

Sam, when you get in your 90s, I'm going to paint your nails with glitter nail polish. Won't you be the cat's meow!

Very nice nail plans for Sam and Virginia. They’ll both be styl’in.

Virginia, you left out an important part: what you ate.

Ann, I did that on purpose. I couldn't decide on anything and just finally got a small house salad and a loaded baked potato. Not too good, but everyone else fared pretty well.

Today I cleaned my master bath and then cleaned the glass table in living room and the double shelf glass table in bedroom.

I decided to try sits-to-stands again. I set in the dinning room chair and I did 15 easy. I then went to kitchen chair and did 5 more easy. It is the chair at my computer where I was unable to do them last week. It is lower.

Good work, Virginia, that’s a lot to do!

    I hope Sunshine is OK.
