Today I did a load of laundry and my usual exercises.

A question for those who use exercise bands. Do they get a bit limp as time goes by? Do you find you need to replace your band from time to time? I've had these for about 3 years and they have less oomph to them than they did earlier.

Nice job ANN :) I sure donít miss stairs, but it was good for bones and cardio...Before SPS, I used to love the stairs. I loved climbing, racing up stairs etc... Do you feel a sense of accomplishment when you do it, or....?

Agate: I just ordered exercise bands, not the stretchy type you got, but the strap kind...Will try them to keep more flexible and put some bone exercise into my regimen. Hoping it doesnít trigger spasms in legs or left forearm...cheap enough if it does.

Agate, perhaps they have less "oompf" because you are getting stronger and it just seems easier.

    I hope that's what's going on!
