SuzE-Q, no, the seizures were very different. I'll take the vision disturbances any day, but please, no more seizures.

    ANN:

    https://www.focusdiagnosticmedicine.com/

This team, based in NYC, was highlighted in the New York Times as a sleuth team that solves medical dilemmas unsolved by top medical centers in the nation (e.g. Stanford). If you don’t get answers: Perhaps this is an alternative? This one might just be a money making machine...

But this one looks like the real deal:

Thank you, Sunshine. I saw the NYTs one but I’ll now read the focus one.

Ann, I had thought of a diagnostician. I don't know if they are better at diagnosing or not, but they are supposed to be. Did you hit all the grocery stores and MIL's today?

I went out to dinner tonight with two brothers, two sister-in-laws, a niece and her husband. For Ann: I had two crab cakes served over rice topped with a fruit relish and Cajun remoulade sauce. I then had one scoop of butter pecan ice cream - homemade.

It is cold and wet here. There was a small amount of ice hitting my windshield on the way to the restaurant and on the way home it was raining a little. Just not a nice day. Tomorrow is supposed to be worse. There is a 90 to 100 percent chance of precipitation and it will be cold. I am glad I went out today and not tomorrow. I am due to get my hair done Monday, so hope the walks and roads will be clear.

Butter pecan is my favorite ice cream, especially if there is a little salt on the pecans.

I did go to my MIL’s for the required tea and then to CVS. And then to Trader Joe’s I came home after that and they went on for 3 more stops. A good amount of walking for me.

I regained the weight I lost dieting for the test last this week. Yeah!

That is such good news about the weight gain, ANN! And it sounds as if you had quite an active day without suffering any bad effects. Or are you just not mentioning the bad effects?

I just had chicken, rice and diced, roasted sweet potatoes dribbled w olive oil. A small amount but so tasty.

Virginia, the chicken breast came from the hot food bar and the diced sweet potatoes came from the salad bar. (Whole Foods). I get a bunch of the smallest soup containers and put small amounts of items that look good in them then label and date them when I get home. This way I always have a variety of quick foods to pick from.
