    Cool

Virginia, fortunately, Halloween only comes once a year, and I only kept it up for a day. Now I have a whole year to find a good, scary avatar. Muah ha,ha,ha!!!

I just got back from running around. I only went to the dump, and the store. I had money, and gas, so it was a quick trip out. I'm in until Friday, or Thursday to miss that Friday crowd.

Howie, you are right - it is fortunate that Halloween only comes once a year!

Ann, did you have lunch at Whole Foods?

We stopped there for a few things we needed and Justin’s Peanut Butter cups. They come in milk or dark chocolate. I got the milk. I have one as a dessert once in a while these days.

Justin's peanut butter cups seem to be entirely organic. They're probably better than Reese's?

They are half as big and the peanut butter is really good. They are pricey. I got them on the theory that I earned them. ;-)

    You sure did Ann!

Today I swam 1/2 mile in 30 minute in the public pool with the loud microphone and salsa type music going....and the freezing cold locker. A plus is that they had the better chair for handicap in the shower today....grateful!

Sunshine, maybe you are bringing about a few changes at the public pool. Just as you are about to leave them. Still it may help others.

I'd say you earned them! You suffered through a lot of very "challenging" tests, for one thing.

Hi - Been some time since I've posted. So here goes - For about the last 6 months I've pretty much given up "fighting" MS. With the diagnosis having been down graded to secondary progressive, and being able to having had an MRI last year due to implantation of new non-metal Medtronic pacemaker/defubulater, Neuro showed me the MRI. Wow. Substantial brain shrinkage and about 25 or more lesions on brain, stem and spine. Said to doc, "man, that looks bad." He merely says, "I've seen a couple that were worse, but yeah, this isn't good."

So I'm dealing with ongoing loss of use of my body. Try to accept each loss. But pretty hard to find anything positive.Difficult to explain to family why I petty much don't care about anything. Don't care anymore.
