Agate, talk about impressive just look at what you are doing. You have one day where you must have gone shopping. That is great!

So, Agate that is where you are spending a lot of your time. You are working. Good for you. I hope you get some things that you really have had your heart set on.

    Good job all around!

Today I swam 32 minutes, 1/2 mile. Did 5 flights of stairs over the day, boxed up several drawers for the move readying. Cooked dinner. Washed dishes. Empty dishwasher. Feeling a bit stiffened so I think I will rest awhile. My most active day in a long time.

Sunshine, great going. You really have done a lot. Getting ready for the big move has got you on the ball.

I vacuumed the floor today, and have pork loin in crock pot cooking, and I peeled potatoes and put them in cold water in fridge. I will boil them later and fix broccoli.

This morning I swam 30 minutes, 1/2 mile plus 50 Yards. Went to doc, groceries and home. So far so good.

I already did! I have my new humidifier and really like it. It's been only a week since I got it but so far it looks as if I'm sleeping better at night. Instead of waking up 2-6 times a night, I'm waking up only once or twice. That's probably because I was waking up with a dry mouth, and now that isn't happening.

    Agate, that is good news.

    Sunshine, you are going strong.

Today I went to get my nails done. Then I went to Whole Foods, then Harris Teeter and then Fresh Market. Each grocery store I went to I bought a treat for myself. I plan to try to up my Gabapentin again tomorrow and I need treats here to see me through this. At Whole Foods I bought 2 kinds of scones, at Harris Teeter I got sliced frozen fruit and at Fresh Market I got a pint of Gelato and some Holiday grapes. I hope all of you have had the Holiday grapes. I can only find them around here in October and sometime in November. They are large, seedless and really sweet.
