    Default Yoga for Stiff Person Syndrome

    This is yoga in a chair, used for MS people, but I think it can apply to SPS as well. Just skip any motion that triggers spasms in you.

    Yoga like this can be used in people with CP as well. I tried it once many, many years ago. Not my fave but still very nice. I'm told there are Yoga exercises for tense mouth muscles and stutters as well.
    Mild Spastic Diplegia Cerebral Palsy and bad proprioception.
