Swam 1/2 mile, 29 minutes today. So far, no spasms.
I took the extra Tizanidine at 1:00 a.m. instead of 12:30. It’s a better strategy so far.

I'm wondering what a hefty home program might be, ANN? Is that hefty in terms of the time involved or is it more how strenuous it is?

I have a slew of exercises to do with the usual printed handouts w her notes to me on them. They are organized into muscle groups. We are trying to build muscles. Ideally, I run through everything. If too tired or short on time or away from my equipment, I do at least one from each group of targeted muscles.

My equipment is a step, a 65 cm exercise ball, Therabands and hand weights.

If I find something is becoming “too easy” I have probably mastered it and I’m to email my PT for variations to make it more difficult.

    Cool

It's the last day of September, and tomorrow, we start a new month. I've been Mr. Fixit so far today. I had a lamp in here that the shade, I had used Loc-tite on so I could lean the shade away from me. Just more comfortable for my eyes.

Well, the bulb had burned out, and the bulb got Loc-tite on the threads and wouldn't unscrew, so I swapped it for an identical lamp. They are brass, so they are HEAVY. But I got it done, put the old shade on it, and now I've got light again.

I'm on my second mug of coffee, with no plans until PAYDAY!

    Have a great day everyone!

Ah the sheer joy of being able to solve a problem and save yourself a lot of trouble and expense--I love that feeling. It's as if I've been able to give myself time and energy.

Good work, Howie. It's this kind of thing that makes Sam proud to be your manager.
