I know! And it’s all my fault. I will ask mod if he will lock it.

I never wrote about PT last week but it was good and hard.

Today was the third from last session. We started w three sets of 12 sit to stands without using hands and using a certain prescribed posture. It was during the rest after that I told her about the UStep and my experience and we went on an outdoor excursion with a UStep 2. I wrote about that here :

Then I did exercises lying on my back on a PT table. I have my knees up and lift my butt off the table but not my back. To make it harder she added a Theraband just above my knees. I aced it. I’m a good patient.

Next was the Total Gym and after a short rest, I finished with 12 minutes on the NuStep.

I’m very tired but I feel accomplished.

You are back to the 30” mark!

Thinking back, is there anything that you have thought of that might have triggered or contributed to that major spasm?

Today I swim half a mile in 31 minutes. It seems to take my legs a few minutes to recover afterwards before I can safely walk back to the house. The new house pool will be a few steps from my living room, so much easier.

I have rides lined up for Saturday for surfing.
