If I could show you this one (now discarded), I can guarantee you that (a) you wouldn't want it and (b) couldn't even begin to eat it as it was too hard. It was done to a crisp, and then some.

That’s exhausting agate... bet your adrenaline was pumping. Our lives are meticulously plotted out, so one setback and the whole day’s scaffolding crashes down

Today I cut back my swimming to 31 minutes. 1/2 mile plus 80 Yards, because I never recovered after yesterday’s Herculean effort....doing fine today. Well, fine for me....

Today I swam 32 minutes, 1/2 mile plus 80 Yards. Muscles began to stretch in their own, so I got out I. Better after minutes

Oops. I put this in Feb thread..again.

Today at 4:15 a.m., 15 minutes before rising to get ready for surfing, I had a horrific spasm in my left shin, ankle. It didn’t respond toattempt to put weight on it, which has worked for small spasms in past.

So, I knew right away this was a serious SPS spasm. It felt wonky in my other leg too.

I took 8mg Tizanidine right away. It stopped spasming 35 minutes later, just as DH was wondering whether to take me to ER. It got so unrelentingly painful, I just wanted to give up.

So, no surfing and no swimming today...

Yesterday, word got out that. 60ish old man at my surf spot, got a serious shark bite between the knee and ankle,...he is in serious condition... who knows? Maybe if I went surfing, i would’ve gotten bitten by a shark.
