    Actually it wasn't. I try not to have any goals because that becomes a kind of pressure or stress. But now that you mention it, it's good that they're all 4 digits. Cooler weather recently has helped enormously.

    That makes sense. I had wondered if you were trying to walk a few extra steps each task. But I guess that was not the case! The cooler weather was the culprit!

    Swam 34 minutes, 1/2 mile plus 133 Yards. Stopped to preserve legs for a 20 minute drive. Did fine after that.

    Some yoga exercises (taking only about 10 minutes) that aren't very strenuous--just to get some muscles moving. This was featured in the MS Foundation Focus Newsletter:



    Yoga positions have interesting names. The video includes the one known as down facing dog, for instance.
