I’m happy that your computer was saved, too, Cat.

Good thinking Cat! Guess the tea was worth it after all. Glad the fan worked.

    Sunshine,
I just don't understand that. My white count has more than doubled on Rituxan since going off the Rebif. Would the immunologist be willing to work with the Neuro on a plan that could manage both conditions?

I am in DC today and tomorrow for a meeting.
The immun said something about B cells and that my lack of IgG would leave me too defenseless to deal with infection. I trust him. He is Ivy League and Johns Hopkins trainee immunologist.

    Great news Cat!

Use canned air to clean keyboard. Works better than tea.

I wouldn't be without canned air! I also have a couple of small brushes I can use. I used to take keyboards apart, key by key, and clean the keys every which way. I wouldn't try that with this newer type of keyboard.

Those cans of compressed air don't last very long but they work amazingly well. I used that method regularly to clean the back of the box that was always part of a desktop PC, where dust collects (and can clog up the fan that you can often see through a little mesh window). Now I don't have one of those boxes but still have the keyboard and the mouse getting clogged.

Cat hair used to be the big issue but now that there's no resident cat, I still have crumbs and dust.

    Cool

And most dust comes from you, the dead skin cells that we are all constantly shedding. And since there is no more resident cat, the crumbs must be from you. Stop clogging up your computer!

I break that rule about never eating while on a computer. That's exactly when I am eating. In fact, every meal is my computer time even when there's no other computer time that day.

So yes, there is the occasional crumb but I try to be careful and snag crumbs as they appear. I hate keyboards with problem keys that stick.

Check Walmart.com and see if they sell it. Office Depot sells it.
