Default Article strongly favoring home BP monitoring

The AARP has a good article on the benefits of home BP monitoring for anyone with hypertension:

I've read (I think it was in Consumer Report) that it is important to calibrate your monitor with your doctors: take this to the office, take the BP on both machines, see if there is a disparity, and if so, how much. Then you can take your BP at home, calibrate any differences and have a more accurate measure.
