Default News story about San Antonio firefighter battling SPS

I noticed this and hope it will be all right to post it. A firefighter is finding his life changed by a diagnosis of stiff-person syndrome. The news story is from Website for a TV channel in San Antonio:

Whoa. Good catch Agate. No way to reach out to this fellow warrior with all the info in this board anonymously unfortunately.

Sounds like he has it severe.

    Question

    ((((((Sunshine)))))) ~

Would it be appropriate to leave a link to this forum in the Comments section of the article?

Or you could contact the reporter on the story and ask her to convey the information to the family.

I'll keep pondering ways to connect with these folks. If the firefighter doesn't want to join, his wife might want to join on his behalf.

I was going to, but, just like Facebook, it could compromise my anonymity
