Yeah, me too. WheniIt gets hot enough, can do it before DH goes to work, around 6:45 s.m....until then, I plan to text him when I get out of the pool. If he doesn’t get the text, he calls me. No answer? Come home.

Swam 13 minutes today, 1/4 mile, trying to recover. It was only 69F outside but the locker room was cold, as usual.

That sounds like a good plan.

Today I swam 1/4 mile in 12.5 minutes with no issues so far. Love the first 4 days after IVIG.

Are we surfing this weekend? Do you feel up to it since the IVIG boost?

Conditions poor for me. Big chunky overhead, very windy. Hoping I can get a ride to surf Friday from a friend. If not, probably this coming Sunday.

I bought a table top bicycle for the arms from Walgreens. You can work up a sweat with it within a few minutes of starting it

I did it for ten minutes, but have no way to know if it elevated heart rate. Would like to think that working up a sweat means it did?

Maybe take your pulse before and after you use it?

Standing in kitchen can be a challenge esp later it the day.
