No surfing today? I miss it when you don't surf but good on the swimming.

Winds 25 mph onshore, waves blown out. The nor’easter creating 11’ waves for next several days. Too big for me even without SPS :)

Back is improving. I walked about a minute on the lot to see the clearing. Was nice to be outside in the sunny cool air! I’m sure miss walking and hiking...

Swam 15 minutes, 550 Yards today. Cold snap coming tonight limiting the swim for a few days.

Yesterday I lifted weights and did 7 minutes of upper body chair exercises. Exercise of legs is a spasm trigger.....Too cold for swimming for next few days.

Yesterday I lifted arm weights. Still not swimming as it’s been too cold.

Tweaked back, hoping tomswim this week. Lifted weights, cannot be good to do all this sitting, but that’s just the way this disease is sometimes (often)

I finally felt well enough to swim, so I did. I swam 1/4 mile in 16 minutes. Slow is fine with me: before SPS swam it in 11 minutes.

Would like to return to at least 20 minutes each day. Let’s see if the back keeps healing. Hoping it warms up. Cold impacts SPS symptoms.
