Today I swam 1/2 mile in 32 minutes. A bit of rubber legs afterwards. This SPS and MS create such a mental and physical challenge .

Today is better. Able to stand a little longer again.
I swam 1/2 mile, plus 80 Yards, 30 minutes. Each day I aim for 30 minutes. Then drive 20 minutes to doc, got a few groceries, walked up two flights, back down a flight to shut off sprinklers DH forgot to turn off, parked into garage, up 2 flights . That’s it for the day.
Today I swam 31 minutes, 1/2 mile plus 53 Yards. Then I stood for long enough to windex my windshield and climbed a second flight of stairs. Stairs, I will not miss after moving day!
Today I swam a half mile in 31 minutes. So far, so good
Good job all around!
Today I swam 32 minutes, 1/2 mile. Did 5 flights of stairs over the day, boxed up several drawers for the move readying. Cooked dinner. Washed dishes. Empty dishwasher. Feeling a bit stiffened so I think I will rest awhile. My most active day in a long time.

Tomorrow I will try to drive my self to the ocean, surf and go home. My buddies will roll me and my gear from the car to the beach.
I swam 25 minutes, 240 feet short of half mile as I had early doc appointment Today.
Yesterday I was offered a ride at the last minute so I excepted it. I only served for about 20 minutes because the ocean was loaded with big fish and it seemed risky in terms of increased Shark activity. But it was fun!
I swam 20 minutes, 666 Yards. Cut it short so as to be able to drive half hour to PCP. So far, so good, this higher dose of Baclofen is helping,
