I purposely cut the swim shorter than yesterday to 23 minutes, 720 Yards, to avoid problems today in trip to PCP.
    Stills great accomplishment

Today I swam 693 yards in 22 minutes. I had to stop so I could drive to an appointment without worrying about spasms. I had been wanting to approach 1/2 mile again...maybe tomorrow....

Yesterday my friends took me surfing in small wave conditions. I surfed lying down as I couldnt depend on my legs in the conditions. It was wonderful fun, and I am grateful to friends who make it happen by driving me, wheeling me to the ocean, carrying my gear and so forth.

Went surfing yesterday. Didn’t last long before the leg went wonky. I think the IVIG is wearing off. Next infusion is in two days. Hoping, hoping, and hoping to get restored.

Today I swam 560 Yards, 20 minutes. I cut it short so i had enough legs so that I could drive to doc 20 minutes away. This disease is like plotting a war.

Today I swam 23 minutes, 690 Yards. Stopped because I had to save legs for driving to doc.

Today I shot for the moon and swam 800 Yards in 27 minutes, just short of my half mile goal. No spasms, but lots of leg chatter that is causing me to reorder the grocery chore. Next time will throttle back if an away from home chore is indicated.
