My muscle relaxers, Baclofen and Tizanidine, have side effects of feeling like I am rocking on a boat all day. I hate it, but there is no way around it.

The IVIG went well. Very competent nurses there.

Although the IVIG went well yesterday, last night at 4 a.m. got one of those leg twisting and foot twisting episodes. The scary part is that when it happens you don’t know if it will release or go on and on. Mine released seconds. I won’t swim today . Too risky,

And now have a sinus infection. I read that infection can flare up spasms in people with Stiff Person Syndrome. I guess that’s what is going in. Time will tell. See doc Monday for Rx.

Started the antibiotic today. Hoping the SPS symptoms settle down in the next few days.

I was able to swim today with only some stiffening. Gonna rest for an hour to maximize odds will be able to make a big salad for part of dinner.

Making dinner is an all day affair, made in short bursts spread across the day.

Seems like I pay every time I swim. The stiffening is maddening. Crippling.
