This board, for instance, doesn't cost us a cent and it's really excellent.
I agree with that. I feel lucky to be a part of this group. I looked on Amazon for Pedometers, and they had a wide variety, and good prices. I may order one tonight.

    ..............................................
I just ordered one. I'll know when to look for it when the order confirmation gets here.

    ..............................................
It will get here on the 16th, one week. That's what I like about Amazon, you know when to look for it.

I also feel lucky to be part of this group. It’s a small but mighty team.

    Cool

I got an email notification from Amazon that the pedometer will be here on the 12th, this Friday. Agate, I'm going to compete with your numbers. I have a feeling I'm going to have to play catch up.

And I have a feeling you're going to be in the lead. You'd be amazed at how many steps you're taking just by getting out and going to stores sometimes.

    Thumbs up

I'm sure the store days will be the highest numbers, but my usual days are what I'm mostly interested in. I do very little most days.

Today I swim 500 m which is 546 yards, in 15 minutes. Pool finally warmed up to 79. I wore my surfing wetsuit in it to stay warm. I seem to easily approach hypothermia recently.

I could have swim longer but I had to Walk from the car to the pool to the locker room back to the car, and Wrestle out of a wet wet suit. It was fun though

Getting in and out of the wetsuit would be a challenge. I struggle just to put on my coat.

My pedometer came today. Now I have to learn how to start using it. There are a lot of settings that have to be set before I can use it. It has an instruction booklet, but the typing is TINY. But I'll learn.

    BBS, great for you.

Howie, we will be anxious to hear how you do when you get your pedometer figured out.
