That would be illegal. Even if legal, no way to titrate the ratio and amount.

It’s a lot of money, but prior to it the pain was so relentless and unresponsive to Rx, that I was hoping to die .

    Cool

Well, I'm glad it is working for you. Pain can really bring your overall health down. I'm glad you have a legal source. Continued health.

Today I am going to do 1:1 CBD:THC ratio per doc recommendation. When I changed to 3:1 from 5:1 it took 7-10 days to feel full impact. So, I will try it for 1-2 weeks before deciding to stay with 1:1 or go back to 1:1

Using 1:1 would be convenient. They sell 1:1 and 5:1, but not 3:1.so I had to do a half dose of 5:1 and then half dose of 1:1,necessitating bringing two bottles and two measuring shrines.

And 1:1 is cheaper than 5:1

Virginia, if it was important, you could do it.

BBS, good luck, I hope it makes a difference.

It’s actually quite simple. The main therapeutic ingredients in MMJ are CBD and THC.

Each MMJ product comes in different ratios of CBD to THC.

The ratio determines the effectiveness of MMJ to certain disease symptoms.

There is a lack of USA research on MMJ due to draconian fed laws. Israel is ahead of us.

Thus, there is trial and error in titration of the overall amount (dose) of the MMJ as well as the ratio of CBD to THC in each dose.

My current schedule is .5ml of 1:1 ratio three times per day.

    Great article!
I am now successfully responding to 1:1 CBD to THC ratio. It would be great if the European pharmaceutical Sativex were available in USA. I worry that the MMJ could dry up in supplies.
