Swam just now and did better than yesterday's swim. I did swim 5 minutes less so as to not risk problem.

Less is more sometimes. Underdoing seems to be an art we need to learn. If we're told to be careful not to overdo, maybe we eventually teach ourselves to underdo.
At least that's what I seem to do--stop an activity before problems have a chance to start up. It's hard to predict though.

The MMJ worked well this a.m, just took noon dose, but I messed up and swallowed it too fast. Still a rookie. Hope it still will help anyway.
Increasing dose to 4x day. After a few days increase dose from .33 to .37. Looking for sweet spot as it wears off about fifth hour.
Continued 4x day .33ml dose each time today. It was 7.5 hr infusion day. Excellent test, zero neuropathy all day long.
Tomorrow I will do .50 ml 3x daily for a few days with option of 4x daily to get better help in the muscle spasm/stiffen problem.
It's the Surterra staff that advises on phone and they don't inspire confidence. Hoping the MJ doc calls me back.
BBS, just doing away with the Neuropathy is a big deal. I suffer from it. Do you have any side effects from the MJ? Such as sleepiness, or just feeling not quite on top of things? Does it have any affect on your ability to drive and do other things? Another inquiring mind on here.

Watching this thread BBS, you are inspiring me to give it a try. Spasms and neuropathy are sure getting worse for me. Please keep us inform on how it's working (or not) for you.
I have had no side effects from MJ. I will let you know re today's increase dose. I have the variety with very low THC, and high Cannabinoid. THC is the culprit for side effects. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
I can tell it helps with neuropathy. Twice I made rookie mistakes in dosing and both times, the neuropathy was its former level of severe until the next dose. It takes 45 minutes to kick in.This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
