    Cool

I heard Agate is a thong model, that's something I've always dreamed about!

You too can be a thong model! They'd hire you in a heartbeat, Howie.

Howie, you thong figure and long blond locks would make you a great one!

Do you all think I could really do it? Well let me slip into a new thong I just got last week. It's still in the washer. It's important to wash anything like that before you wear it, and especially after.

Thank you Rose. The wounded warriors do this every year at my beach. It's powerful. I also hear medical marijuana can help PTSD.

I am not sure why surfing is so therapeutic. But it is.

I swam a quarter mile today.

BBS is still our hero. She gets out there almost every day.

I think Agate does exercise almost every day also.

Now that Virginia - she's just not much good.

Virginia, I've biked 3 miles this year.

That should make you feel very good about what you've done! Just ignore those ultra consistent do-gooders here like agate and BBS...focus on ME!

That ought to make you feel MUCH better! It's all in perspective, Virginia - I'm here to make YOU feel good!

Thanks Suze-Q, that little talk from you really did help. The only thing is 3 miles on a bike, even in 8 months, seems like a lot to me. You are doing great.

Yes, but I haven't done needed exercises EACH MORNING like you!

Your efforts will take you much further than my 2 days' worth!

Virginia, what you've done this year is really good too. Every little bit helps.

We keep reminding Jeanie that little steps in the right direction are helpful. We have to take that to heart too. Even WE are doing better than couch potatoes!
