Never underestimate ants. Tiny black ants are in this building and I'd say they're not going anywhere though they can be kept under control.

They've been seen on the 3rd and 4th floors here.

    Cool

Sam's sermon last Sunday was called, "Ants shall inherit the Earth".

I think ants can get anywhere. If I see one or two I put out the stuff that doesn't just kill them, but that they take back to the queen ant and it kills the colony.

Virginia, I can verify that ants can get anywhere.

I know the stuff you're talking about. I have some of it on hand and have used it several times. Funny thing but the ants that came out for it, in a massive swarm, didn't appear to be heading for any colony. They either drowned in the stuff or sampled it and headed off in ALL directions.

But I still believe. I'm trying to believe that they really do take it back to the colony.

I was telling my DH about your problem with dodder and he said there was some growing/strangling some mustard weed on the lot next door! I asked him to go take a picture today and also take a picture of some of that stink weed I told you about. Here's the pics. Have you ever seen this stink weed before?
